Full details of position and the address of your Institution
along with purchase order number (where appropriate) must
be furnished. The payment must be completed before the conference.
Cancellations:
Before 1 September 2004 refund of 75%
Between 1 September 2004 and 31st October 2004 refund of
50%
Between 1st November 2004 and 10th January 2005 refund of
25%
No refunds after 10th January 2005.
