Contact		Call for Papers Delegates are invited to submit papers for the parallel sessions. The papers should directly address one of the three themes. A 100 word abstract and a 1000 word outline should be submitted electronically to Dot Biggins before 1st October, 2004. Authors should identify to which theme the paper relates. Papers are accepted on the condition that a full version of the paper is submitted by 1st December 2004 for inclusion on the Conference web site, accessible to registered delegates. Authors retain the copyright to their papers. Paper sessions will have a 40 minute duration. The presentation should last no longer than 25 minutes to allow time for questions and discussion.
