The third keynote, by Ian Ferguson, will take an employer perspective
on employability enhancement and address how employers perceive
the changes in higher education, which will relate to the third
discussion session. We are delighted that Ian is able to join us.
Ian is Chairman of Data Connection Ltd, a computer communications
and telephony technology company he founded over 20 years ago, after
a career with Unilever and IBM. Data Connection was recently placed
third in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, which
reflects the fact that the company's success is built on investment
in the skills and development of its people.
The final keynote, by Pia Bramming of the Copenhagen Business School,
will reflect back on the discussions and identify the major issues
and perspectives that result from the discussions.
